Returns and Exchanges

• Contact us within 5 days of delivery
• Ship items back within 21 days of delivery
• We don't accept exchanges or cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

• Custom sizes or Original Art

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Lost or damaged prints and packaging

Damages can happen during transit from shipping. You must provide images of the damaged prints and packaging. 

• Damage claims and lost packages must be reported to us within 30 days of the ship date
